Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law.

By placing an order with Bow & Willow, you give us the authority to contact you in the future with any promotional emails, exclusive sale offers and new product updates. However, you will be able to opt out of this correspondence upon receipt. You may opt out at anytime, by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If an order is received that cannot be filled, Bow & Willow will refund the customer for that item.
Bow & Willow reserves the right to change the prices of any items at any stage at our own discretion without notice.
All transactions on this site are processed using PayPal, a secure online payment gateway. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon order of your item.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
If for some reason you are not happy with the item you purchased, please contact us to arrange for a refund or exchange (excluding postage) at email@example.com. Return postage costs must be covered by the customer. Postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund.
You must notify us within 3 days of receipt of goods and return goods to us within 14 days to be eligible. Items must be unwashed, unused and in its original packaging.
Please note: there are no refunds, exchanges or credit notes on sale items. Bow & Willow does not offer refunds on items that are evidenced according to Australia Post as 'delivered'.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3 days. Please allow up to 10 days for funds to be cleared.
All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with the up most care. In an unlikely event you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us and we will organise a replacement or credit.
Your use of this site and its contents grants no rights to you in relation to any copyright, designs, trademarks and all other intellectual property and material rights relating to the products and any other items on this site.
All such items including third party trademarks, designs, and related intellectual property rights mentioned or displayed on this site are protected by intellectual property and other laws. You are permitted to use the items only as expressly authorised by Mishmash of Love. Any reproduction or redistribution of the items is prohibited unless you have received confirmation from us via email.
